Rules

• Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not allowed inside the house or in the common areas of the building, under any circumstances;
• Pets are not allowed;
• It's not permitted to organize parties and events;
• Access to the interior of the building is permitted only to registered guests;
• It is forbidden to leave waste in the common areas (which are under video surveillance): there is a fine of €300 for violators.
